Micropolis, the city of insects
In the heart of Aveyron lies Micropolis, only 15mn from the Viaduc of Millau, in Saint-Léons village. 2400 square meters indoors, Micropolis has eleven areas for permanent exhibitions. Visitors discover the world of insects and the exceptional variety, observe their behaviour in a natural environment, and share in astonishing experiences that put man, insect and plant together.

The City of Insects is full of surprises, so get ready for an extraordinary encounter with the people of the grass.
The adventure continues outside where insects take you to the Carnival. A green walk, facing the hills of Lévézou, is part street show and part game : costume workshops, music house, and giant insects will entertain you to an original soundtrack.
And it continues in the subterranean city, where the Demoiselles will show you their pond... Unique sensations to share with the whole family!
Follow the blue butterfly to share the discoveries of this wild tour... and never, never walk on the red ants!
